For those who are wondering how they can help outdoor cats in bad weather if they truly can’t take them in (even just for overnight), check out this pic on how to create simple shelters from storage bins

i feel kind of like an evil genius for making this jar of “everything” happen… cause it was so easy and its so awesome. just combine poppy seeds, sesame seeds, coarse sea salt, dried onions and dried garlic, and bam! everything! in a jar! my reason for making this was for homemade bagels,…

Speak for the Speechless! Defend the Defenseless!

ARM THE ANIMALS!!! Saving lives one shirt at a time.

Arm The Animals creates killer T-Shirts that make a statement, raise awareness, and generate funds for small, struggling animal rescues. We know we can’t save every “at-risk” animal, but we CAN save some! By creating funny, unique, witty graphic T-Shirts and accessories, we know we can raise awareness about animal welfare AND make a difference by donating to shelters! So, every month we donate a very generous portion of every sale we make to reputable shelters - no matter what!” (To read more about their MISSION, click here!)

“Like” them on Facebook, share your design ideas and photos, and receive updates on their latest events and animal rescue news!

.

I personally know one of the owners of this small business and his family, and they’re really good people who truly DO care about this cause.  They put in long hours to help spread awareness, and the small, NO-KILL shelters that they help are extremely grateful for their efforts.

The “Cat-astrophe” design is my favorite because we rescued a tiny kitten 2 years ago and he’s been living with us since! Some of you may know him:

Reply with a photo and/or story! :)  Have you adopted/saved any animals?
